We only accept items that are in excellent condition, unopened, unused and undamaged in their original packaging and only if they are sent along with the special returns/change request slip or receipt.
Any request for change will not be accepted for products that are damaged, opened, used, or for products with damaged packaging
Please note that any courier/postal charges are paid by the customer and the product is sent with the client’s responsibility.
In any case, products’ returns fall in the client’s responsibility. .
We only replace items due to damaged packaging, product quality defects, or damage during shipping after we receive an e-mail with all relevant information along with a photograph of the faulty item to:
The request for return must be accompanied with the special returns/change request slip or the receipt.
Please note that any courier/postal charges for the return are initially paid by the customer who is refunded those charges, as soon as we check the sent item(s) and confirm the validity of the request, to a bank account (IBAN) indicated that belongs to the same customer and none other.
