Welcome to the avgerinoscosmetics.gr e-shop!

Our online store is happy to provide its services to you, our visitor or customer, only after you’ve accepted the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. By visiting or making your purchases through the avgerinoscosmetics.gr, you immediately agree to these terms. Please also note that the use or purchase of any other services from the avgerinoscosmetics.gr online store is under our mentioned terms and conditions, unless otherwise specified.

1. Product Information

The photographs illustrating the products are indicative to the products that are now available and they may be a little bot different than original depending on different production dates.

2.The product for sale

Products sold at avgerinoscosmetics.gr are available and can be retrieved by following the “search” instructions available on our websites by clicking on the name of the respective product.

3.Prices

Prices mentioned throughout the Site are in Euros and include all taxes (24% VAT), excluding shipping costs.Shipping costs are charged to the customer and shown during the ordering and invoicing process at the end of the order, as an addition to the price of the selected products.

Avgerinoscosmetics.gr reserves the right to change the prices of the products mentioned in the site at any time without previous notice but is bound to apply the prices appearing on the Site at the time of your order.

4.Availability

Note that we are processing your order within the means of our available stock.

If any of our products is not available or in stock, we commit to contact you via email within 2 working days from the date of your order informing you of the deadline within which the product can be delivered.

5.Delivery methods

Please refer to the section DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY.

Express Delivery allows you to receive your package within 12/24 hours by courier (assuming dispatch date and not the date of order as the start date, and taking into account only working days).

If you order before 12.00, your order will be processed the same day, providing the item(s) you ordered are in stock and available.

Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the products you choose.

Delivery times mentioned in the Site are indicative and may be modified. Avgerinoscosmetics.gr will not be liable for any consequences caused by loss or delay in the delivery of your package by the carrier.

In case you don’t receive your package in the specified time, an inquiry will be performed with the carrier, that can take up to 20 days. During this period, no refunds or replacement can take place.

Upon receipt of your order, you should check that the products correspond to your order, and if not, you should immediately inform us by phone (210 2796238) or emai: ( info@avgerinoscosmetics.gr) within the same day or the next working day at the latest. Any application made past this period will not be accepted and avgerinoscosmetics.gr will be discharged of any liability to the Customer.

If products must be returned, they should be sent back within 2 working days after delivery, to the following address:

Returned items will be accepted only if products are in their original condition with their original packaging, not used or altered. Shipping costs are charged to the Customer.

Please note that a delay of 48 hours is possible for the delivery of your order.

Additional information may be requested, or required to validate your purchase. Therefore, in order to avoid any delay, we invite you to place your order using:

• A protected, official e-mail address.
• A cell and a landline number (work or home) so we can contact you at any time.

Moreover, for every order with a value exceeding the limit set by avgerinoscosmetics.gr which is 500 euros, you are asked to send us proof of identity and proof of address by post or e-mail.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but these are necessary measures we must take in our effort to protect our customers from potential fraud.

6. Payment

Αvgerinoscosmetics.gr allows you to pay upon delivery for your ordered goods, or by credit card, or by making a bank deposit to the account of our company (Caution: if you choose to make a bank deposit, you must inform us immediately in order for us to withhold the item(s) in the stock, and after confirming availability, you can then proceed with the deposit. The order will be sent after we have received the deposit in our bank account.

To pay through bank transfer, the remittance should be deposited in a bank within 2 days from the date of registration of order. If this limit is exceeded, the order will be cancelled. Please note that there is an average of 2-3 days for your deposit to appear in our account after you’ve made the transfer. As a result, the delivery takes place within 7-8 working days from the date of the bank transfer. Any amount of bank fees will be charged to the client. The required bank account details to which you should you make the wire transfer will be available at the completion of your order.

7.Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, (partially or wholly), you must send an e-mail to info@avgerinoscosmetics.gr.

Cancellation is possible only if your order hasn’t been shipped. If your order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel your order.
